Medical nursing pads (underpads) are used on hospital beds and examination tables to block fluids and keep surfaces clean.
Type I consists of non-woven fabric; Type II adds an absorbent core and a PE leak-proof film. Available in regular and disinfected (ethylene oxide) grades.
Sheet sizes range from 40×50 cm to 180×280 cm; rolls are 60–90 cm wide. Supplied non-sterile, single use.
